I have been trying to get this review on here since 4th of July weekend. My family and I were passing through and our truck got HIT by LIGHTNING ... And we were in the truck heading north on I-15 going about 75mph! We made it safely to the shoulder and called the nearest towing service (Bar M Towing). Thank God no one was hurt!!! But Austin was a life saver for us! He has that traditional business mind of going The EXTRA Mile! I would recommend him to everybody in the area!! All my belongings were left in the truck, even my watch, my clothes, my coat with the hood on it, my coat was in the truck. They didn't give me my coat. I was very upset in the cold. You call, they show up after a few hours, hook you up and off you go. Unlike other tow companies though I was told I could not ride in the tow truck with the driver and that since "covid" they never let people ride in the tow trucks. I did not want to be stranded hours from home with no way back so I had to ride in my truck, while it was towed in 32° weather with no heater. I had already spent hours in the cold and have to say it was unprofessional and miserable. If you can't or won't take the driver in your truck with you please just decline the tow and let other companies do it that will let the driver ride in the tow truck. I have been towed 8 times in the last 3 years all be different companies and this is the first one to have this policy. I do not know if the driver was just having a bad day and made it up or if it really is company policy but the driver was not friendly and did not care about my situation. He just dismissed my concerns and gave an air of not caring about me as a customer. Honestly I felt like I was an inconvenience and just more cargo in the trailer he had to tow.
